We deliver to every door in Australia through Australia Post. Orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Melbourne, Victoria — orders placed before midday on a business day go out the same day, after midday they go out the next. Standard delivery is $7.99, or $9.99 for express.

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Within Australia, standard shipping is $7.99 and express is $9.99. Free shipping on every subscription.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Your rate is confirmed at checkout before you pay.

For health and safety reasons, CURBi is not eligible for a refund, credit or exchange due to change of mind.

If you have a concern about the quality of your order, or believe it is faulty, damaged or unsafe, please contact us through the contact page with your order number and we will respond to assist you.

These terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
