Subscription Cancellation Policy

CURBi is a brand of NIRO Brands Trading Pty Ltd.

How subscriptions work
The CURBi Variety 3-Pack is available as a subscription, delivered every 15 or 20 days. You choose the frequency at checkout. Subscription orders are $5 off the one-off price and ship free by express post.

Payment
When you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for each delivery, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider.

Skip, change, pause or cancel
You can skip a delivery, change your frequency, pause or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account on our website. Changes made before your next order is processed apply to that order. There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee.

After an order is processed
Once a subscription order has been processed, it is treated like any other order under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
