Change of mind
Our products are listed medicines and health products. To protect their safety, quality and integrity, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This applies even if the product is unopened and the tamper-evident seal is intact.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Once we have assessed your claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
