Shipping Policy

CURBi is a brand of NIRO Brands Trading Pty Ltd.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers.

Processing times
Orders placed before midday (AEST) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.

Shipping options and costs
Standard shipping: $7.99, estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping: $9.99, estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Free express shipping on subscriptions. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier, Australia Post, and are not guaranteed. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery address
Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it. We can only update the address before the order is dispatched. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number, and photos of any damage. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
